Data Consent Statement

This consent form is for individuals who have expressed an interest in being enrolled in the Bible Course run by New Heaven and New Earth (“NHNE”). In order to enrol you on the Course, we will need to collect certain information that helps us to identify you. Under the General Data Protection Regulation, we can only collect and use your personal data for specific purposes only. NHNE is committed to complying with the GDPR with regard to processing your personal data. You do not need to give your consent but we do require your personal data in order to proceed with your enrolment on the Course. If you decide that you do not wish to consent, we unfortunately will not be able to enrol you on the Course. The data for which we are requesting your consent will be used by us, NHNE. We will use the data to register your details for our records – this enables us to keep track of all the individuals who enrol on the Course, co-ordinate and administer our Bible studies; and manage the effectiveness of our teams who run the Course. We will share your data with our parent organisation, Shincheonji Church of Jesus - we work with them to prepare the Course and they keep a record of all students enrolled on the Course. Your data will also be shared with members of the Course team to enable them to understand more about you and to help you with your faithwalk and general wellbeing throughout the duration of the Course.  You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
